- 3/8 cup sifted powdered sugar til thickened
- 3/8 c powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup kahlua russian cream (white)
- 2 tb vodka
- 2 tb shortening
- 2 ts vodka
- 2 tsp vodka
- 1 1/2 ts baking powder
- 3/4 ts baking soda
