Ingredients

- 1 brush on a bit of olive oil
- 1/2 all-purpose
- 2 c warm water
- 2 cups warm water in this order
- 6 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tb olive oil
- 2 tb sugar
- 1 tb dry yeast (active)
- 1 tb salt
- 1 ds more olive oil for crust
- some olive oil
Note: 1 TABLESPOON OF YEAST IS EQUAL TO THREE TEASPOONS OF YEAST IF YOU NEED TO CUT THE RECIPE DOWN SOME IN VOLUME.
