Ingredients
- 11 baking with vegetable oil (pan)
- 3 blueberries
- 2 lemons
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 c unbleached pastry flour
- 5/8 c low fat butter milk
- 1/4 c squeezed lemon juice (fresh)
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 2 tb cornmeal
- 1 tb vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 ts baking powder
- 1 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1/4 ts salt
bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve warm from the oven. Nutritional information per serving (15): 144 calories,
