- 3 blueberries
- 2 lemons
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 300 gr sugar
- 250 gr unbleached pastry flour
- 160 ml low fat butter milk
- 60 ml squeezed lemon juice (fresh)
- 60 ml canola oil
- 16 gr cornmeal
- 14 gr vanilla extract
- 7 gr baking powder
- 7 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve warm from the oven. Nutritional information per serving (15): 144 calories,
