Ingredients
- 10 mushrooms
- 4 patties from burger mixture (chilled)
- 2 saute remaining ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 is cooking
- 1 bring lentils
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 while
- 1 black pepper (freshly ground)
- 3/4 dry lentils
- 1 1/2 c water
- 1 c onion
- 1/2 c wheat germ (raw)
- 1/2 c walnuts
- 1 tb dry sherry
- 1 tb butter
- 2 ts cider vinegar
- 1 ts salt
- 1/2 ts dry mustard
cheese melted on top, basil sprinkled on each burger is tasty also. I think I got this one out of the Moosewood Cookbook a few years back...
