Ingredients
- 5 lobster
- 1/4 c dry sherry
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 c celery (chopped)
- 2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp snipped parsley
- 1 package condensed cream of shrimp soup (undiluted)
- 1 package cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 package soup milk
Cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add soups, milk, and cream. Stir in lobster, sherry, and parsley. Heat until very hot. Do not boil.
