Ingredients
- 11 mandarin orange sectio
- 2 chicken breasts (whole)
- 1 rice (cooked)
- 5/8 c water
- 1 1/2 c mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 c orange juice concentr (frozen)
- 1/2 c thinly green onions (sliced)
- 3 t butter
- 2 t all purpose flour
- 2 packages instant chicken broth
stir fry quickly to combine. Gradually stir in water. Add orange juice and dry seasoning mix. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, add chicken and simmer about 3 minutes.
