Ingredients
- 6 chilis (whole)
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 3 prawns
- 2 c vinegar (white)
- 1 c oil
- 1 pn oregano
- 1 slice onion
- 1 package stuffed green olives
Saute 1/2 onion and 2 cloves garlic in oil. Remove and discard. Add vinegar, garlic, onions, chilis, oregano and carrots. Bring to a boil, allow to cool. Add prawns and boil. Leave in refrigerator for 2 days.
