Ingredients
- 60 degree
- 8 green onions
- 5 garlic (cloves)
- 3 celery ribs
- 1 bunch
- 1 carrot
- 1 gingeroot (fresh)
- 4 1/2 lb daikon
- 1/2 c salt
- 1/2 cup salt
- 3 1/2 tb kim chee pepper
- 2 tb shrimp (salted)
- 1 tb granulated sugar
