- 1,300 gr daikon
- 65 gr salt

- 30 gr kim chee pepper
- 18 gr shrimp (salted)
- 14 gr granulated sugar
jars and used as needed. This is a medium hot recipe, if it is still not hot enough, diced red peppers with seeds can be added, to the daikon and onion mixture. Enjoy.
