Ingredients
- 1 box corn muffin mix jiffy
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 1 cup green pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- 1 package chili seasoning
- 1 package tomato sauce
- 1 package evaporated milk
Brown hamberger, drain grease. Add onion, celery and green peppers. Saute untill tender. Mix in tomato sauce and chili seasoning. Mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix milk and corn muffin mix together. Pour over top of meat mixture. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25. After removing from oven sprinkle with cheddar cheese and let it melt. Have use taco seasoning instead of chili
