- 3/8 c vegetable oil
- 1/4 c orange juice
- 2 tb lemon juice
- 2 tb sugar
- 1 ts orange peel (grated)
- 1/2 ts dry mustard
- 1/4 ts salt
- 3 slices oranges
- 2 slices avocados
