Ingredients
- 1 lemon grass stalk
- 1 1/2 c chicken broth
- 2 c broccoli florets
- 1 c zucchini (sliced)
- 9 oz angel hair pasta (fresh)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 c onion (chopped)
- 2 t lemon juice
- 1 t olive oil
- 2 t cornstarch
- 1 t ginger (grated fresh)
- 1/8 t pepper flakes preparation time (crushed hot)
- 1 slice carrot
juice. Add to vegetables. Stir in ginger, lemon grass and hot pepper flakes, if desired. Cook until sauce has thickened slightly and vegetables are crisp-tender, about three minutes. Serve immediately over pasta.
