• 1/2 c flour
• 1 tablespoon cheese with remaining ingredients
• 3 t parmesan cheese
• 1/8 t lemon juice
• 1/4 t salt
• 1 pn black pepper
• 2 packages spinach
• 1 package tomatoes (whole)
• 1 package dairy sour cream
