Ingredients
- 32 oz pork
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 3/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (white)
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon chili powder (plus)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 8 slices bacon (fried)
Lightly grease Crock-Pot. combine beans, onion, cheese, chili powder, Worchest ershire sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard in Crock-Pot. top with crumbl ed bacon. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High 3 to 4 hours. serve Serves 8 to 10
