Ingredients
- 3 peppers (red)
- 1 onion
- 3 quart pot
- 5 c chicken stock
- 2 lb pork butt
- 3/4 c lima beans (dried)
- 1 c corn kernels
- 1/2 c yogurt (plain)
- 1 tb vegetable oil
- 1 ts caraway seeds
- some pepper
- some preheat oven
heat and stir in the yogurt. Add the salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
