Ingredients
- 24 oysters
- 18 pie shell
- 9 pie shells
- 1 lb beef (lean ground)
- 1/2 lb pork (lean ground)
- 1 c onion
- 1/2 c bell pepper
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 1/2 c celery
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/4 c green onionns
- 1 ts garlic
- 1 tb flat-leaf parsley
- some oyster liquid if mixture is too stiff
- some salt
in the pie shell. Bake in a preheated 375~ oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until pie shell is golden brown.
