Ingredients
- 24 oysters
- 18 pie shell
- 9 pie shells
- 450 gr beef (lean ground)
- 130 gr pork (lean ground)
- 120 gr onion
- 65 gr bell pepper
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 50 gr celery
- 32 gr flour
- 30 gr green onionns
- 3 gr garlic
- 2 gr flat-leaf parsley
- some oyster liquid if mixture is too stiff
- some salt
in the pie shell. Bake in a preheated 190ºC oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until pie shell is golden brown.
