- 3 eggs
- 1/2 beyond edge

- 2 c brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c pumpkin
- 5/8 c evaporated milk
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 5 tb water (cold)
- 1/2 c pecans
- 3/8 c shortening
- 1/4 c milk
- 3 tb more water till all is moistened
- 3 tb butter
- 2 tb bourbon
- 1 ts cinnamon
- 1/2 ts ginger
- 1/2 ts nutmeg
- 1/4 ts salt
