  • 8 fat grams per approx (serving)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 at a time
  • 1/2 praline paste
  • 2 oz good-quality unsweetened -chocolate
  • 1/4 c confectioners sugar
  • 5/8 oz good-quality semisweet
  • 1/4 c brown creme de cacao
  • 1 tb brewed espresso
  • 1 tb butter (unsalted)
  • 1/8 ts salt

and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
