- 1/2 praline paste
- 2 oz good-quality unsweetened -chocolate
- 1/4 c confectioners sugar
- 5/8 oz good-quality semisweet
- 1/4 c brown creme de cacao
- 1 tb brewed espresso
- 1 tb butter (unsalted)
- 1/8 ts salt
and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
