- 1/2 praline paste
- 60 gr good-quality unsweetened -chocolate
- 50 gr confectioners sugar
- 22 gr good-quality semisweet
- 20 gr brown creme de cacao
- 16 gr brewed espresso
- 8 gr butter (unsalted)
- 1 gr salt
and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
