- 1/2 quinoa
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c pinto beans (cooked)
- 5/8 c celery (finely diced)
- 3/8 c onions (finely diced)
- 1/4 c bell pepper (finely diced red)
- 1 3/8 tb tahini
- 1/4 c fennel (finely diced)
- 1 3/8 tb wheat flour (whole)
- 1 3/8 tb gluten flour place the quinoa in a saucepan along with the water
- 5/8 tb olive oil
- 5/8 tb sesame seeds
- 1 3/8 ts garlic (minced)
- 1/2 ts sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sal bring to a simmer
removing it from the pan. Serve the loaf in slices, with your favorite tomato (or other) sauce if desired.
