- 1/2 quinoa
- 240 ml water
- 120 gr pinto beans (cooked)
- 70 gr celery (finely diced)
- 40 gr onions (finely diced)
- 26 gr bell pepper (finely diced red)
- 20 gr tahini
- 18 gr fennel (finely diced)
- 10 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 20 ml gluten flour place the quinoa in a saucepan along with the water
- 10 ml olive oil
- 5 gr sesame seeds
- 4 gr garlic (minced)
- 2 gr sea salt
- 1 gr sal bring to a simmer
removing it from the pan. Serve the loaf in slices, with your favorite tomato (or other) sauce if desired.
