Quinoa Loaf

Ingredients

  • 400 about
  • 1/2 quinoa
  • 240 ml water
  • 120 gr pinto beans (cooked)
  • 70 gr celery (finely diced)
  • 40 gr onions (finely diced)
  • 26 gr bell pepper (finely diced red)
  • 20 gr tahini
  • 18 gr fennel (finely diced)
  • 10 gr wheat flour (whole)
  • 20 ml gluten flour place the quinoa in a saucepan along with the water
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 5 gr sesame seeds
  • 4 gr garlic (minced)
  • 2 gr sea salt
  • 1 gr sal bring to a simmer

removing it from the pan. Serve the loaf in slices, with your favorite tomato (or other) sauce if desired.
