Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/2 c milk
- 1 c rice (white)
- 1/2 c golden seedless raisins
- 3/8 c granulated sugar
- 1/2 c sweetened whipped cream
- 1/2 cup rice as directed on (raw)
- 3 tb bourbon
- 2 tb butter
- 2 ts vanilla
- 1 1/2 ts lemon rind
- 1 ts nutmeg
bourbon. Serve the pudding lukewarm with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream on top. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
