Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 850 ml milk
- 120 gr rice (white)
- 85 gr golden seedless raisins
- 65 gr granulated sugar
- 120 ml sweetened whipped cream
- 60 gr rice as directed on (raw)
- 45 gr bourbon
- 28 gr butter
- 9 gr vanilla
- 3 gr lemon rind
- 2 gr nutmeg
bourbon. Serve the pudding lukewarm with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream on top. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
