Ingredients

- 2 onions
- 1 1/2 turnip
- 1 1/2 potato
- 1 parsely (dried)
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/2 c low fat yogurt
- 1/2 c bread crumbs (whole grain)
- 1/4 c sunflower
- 1/2 ts black pepper (ground)
Variations Fry the bread crumbs in a small amount of oil, before scattering them over the top of the dish.
