- 1/2 onion
- 4 c chicken broth combined with
- 2 cups water
- 2 c arborio rice
- 5/8 lb shrimp
- 3/8 c dry wine (white)
- 1/4 c tomato pesto
- 1/4 c parley (chopped)
- 2 tb butter
- 2 tb olive oil
- 2 tablespoons put the shrimp back the (into pan)
- 3/8 ts salt
- some shrimp
