Ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 garlic
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 pound beef stew meat
- 12 oz beef stock
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Stir mixture of flour, paprika and pepper to coat meat in a slow cooker. Stir in other ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on high heat for 4 to 6 hours, or on medium heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on low heat for 10 to 12 hours. Remove garlic glove and bay leaf before serving.
