Ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 garlic
- 1 celery stalk
- 900 gr beef stew meat
- 350 ml beef stock
- 32 gr flour
- 5 ml soy sauce
- 2 gr paprika
- 1 gr pepper
Stir mixture of flour, paprika and pepper to coat meat in a slow cooker. Stir in other ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on high heat for 4 to 6 hours, or on medium heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on low heat for 10 to dozen hours. Remove garlic glove and bay leaf before serving.
