Ingredients
- 8 potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 1 stalk of celery (chopped)
- 1 barley
- 7 cups water
- 16 oz tomato sauce
- 16 oz tomatoes (diced)
- 1 lb meat (ground)
- 2 slices italian squash unpeeled
- 1 package salt and pepper
- 1/2 packages onion in big (pieces)
Taste for seasoning as you go. Keeps well and tastes better the next day.
