• 10 1/2 oz condensed tomato soup
• 3/4 c dry wine (red)
• 1/4 c onion (finely chopped)
• 2 tb cooking oil
• 1 tb prepared mustard
• 2 ts chili powder
• 1 ts paprika
• 1/2 ts celery seed
• 1/4 tsp sal heat sauce at side of grill
• some dampened wood chips
