Ingredients
- 5 guinea peppers (lightly)
- 3 stalks lemon grass (fresh)
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 stalks coriander with roots
- 2 fish soy
- 6 c chicken stock
- 10 oz shrimp
- 1 1/2 tb sugar
- 1 tb chili sauce (roasted)
- 1 oz straw mushrooms
- 1 slice galanga (dried)
Lemon juice Place all soup ingredients except last 3 in a pot over medium heat and boil for 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and mushrooms and just return to a boil. Mix in seasonings. Garnish with green onion
