- 1 chicken broth
- 1 place green beans in boiling water until color ripens
- 1 soy sauce with sugar (boil)
- 1 saute onion until browned
- 1 olive oil salad greens
- 1 orange
- 1 habanero peppers (diced)
- 1 squash in (yellow cut)
- 1 tuna steak
- 1/2 moons
- 1 pound green beans trimmed
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 slice onion (sliced)
- 1 slice squash to caramelized onions (sliced)
Sauce plate with orange sauce first, then place squash and onions on a bed of greens, the tuna steak being the final addition.
