Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 green peppers
- 2 lb chuck (ground)
- 1 c water
- 1 c rice (raw)
- 2 ts worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/2 ts chili powder
- 2 1/2 ts salt
- 1 package tomatoes
- 1 package tomato sauce
