- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 basil leaves (fresh)
- 3 quart microwavable casserole
- 2 c penne (cooked)
- 1 c italian tomatoes (canned)
- 2 tb onion (chopped)
- 5 1/8 ts pepper (crushed red)
- 1 t olive oil
- 2 ts parmesan cheese (grated)
- 5 slices black olives
mushroom-tomato mixture and toss to combine. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with basil.
