- 2,600 gr microwavable casserole
- 210 gr penne (cooked)
- 160 gr italian tomatoes (canned)
- 16 gr onion (chopped)
- 14 gr pepper (crushed red)
- 5 ml olive oil
- 3 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 5 slices black olives
mushroom-tomato mixture and toss to combine. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with basil.
