Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 2 c pork (cooked)
- 1 lb shrimp (cooked)
- 3 tb vinegar
- 3 tb lime
- 1 ts sugar
- 1 ts black pepper (fresh ground)
- 1 ts salt
- 1/2 ts coriander seeds
- 1/4 ts chili peppers (dried ground)
- 1 ts mint
- 1 slice cucumber
Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with the mint. From AOL, June 1993.
