Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 270 gr pork (cooked)
- 250 gr shrimp (cooked)
- 45 ml vinegar
- 45 gr lime
- 4 gr sugar
- 3 gr black pepper (fresh ground)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr coriander seeds
- 1 gr chili peppers (dried ground)
- 1 gr mint
- 1 slice cucumber
Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with the mint. From AOL, June 1993.
