Ingredients
- 6 bone-in chicken breast (halves)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 additional paprika (optional)
- 1 c swiss cheese (shredded)
- 3/4 c ricotta cheese
- 10 oz pkg spinach thaw (frozen chopped)
- 3/8 c parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp olive
- 3 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (ground)
- 1/2 tsp oregano (dried)
- 1/2 tsp thyme (dried)
Combine the first nine ingredients; gently stuff 1/2 cupful under the skin of each chicken breast. Place in a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Combine oil, paprika, oregano and thyme; brush over chicken. Sprinkle with additional paprika if desired. Bake at 350� for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until juices run clear.
