Ingredients
- 6 bone-in chicken breast (halves)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 additional paprika (optional)
- 120 gr swiss cheese (shredded)
- 90 gr ricotta cheese
- 38 gr pkg spinach thaw (frozen chopped)
- 28 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 28 gr olive
- 22 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 2 gr paprika
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
- 1 gr oregano (dried)
- 1 gr thyme (dried)
Combine the first nine ingredients; gently stuff half cupful under the skin of each chicken breast. Place in a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Combine oil, paprika, oregano and thyme; brush over chicken. Sprinkle with additional paprika if desired. Bake at 350� for 1 to 1.25 hours or until juices run clear.
