Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bean sprouts
- 4 oz deep tofu (fried)
- 4 tb vegetable oil
- 1/4 c green onion
- 2 tb vegetarian oyster sauce
- 4 tb cilantro leaves
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts pepper
- 2 slices chilies (red)
Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic until brown. Add the tomatoes, tofu, bean sprouts, chilies, onion, salt, pepper & oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with the cilantro.
