- 8 trim all excess fat from lamb shoulder
- 3 lamb shoulder
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1/2 pound bulk sausage
- 1 tablespoon parsley (dried)
- 1/2 teaspoon leaf marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon leaf basil
- 2 slices stalks celery (sliced)
- 2 slices carrots (peeled)
- 1 slice onion (sliced)
Serve lamb sliced, with the natural juices poured over vegetables and meat.
