Ingredients
- 8 green bell peppers
- 2 chili peppers (dried red)
- 1/2 lb mushrooms (fresh)
- 2 tb green onion
- 1 tb water
- 1 tb garlic
- 1/2 tb cornstarch dissolved in
- 1/2 ts ginger
- 1/4 ts pepper
- 1/4 ts sugar
Before serving, brush the peppers with oil to make them shine & sprinkle with the chili peppers. Serve hot or at room temperature.
