Ingredients
- 40 ladyfingers
- 20 ladyfinger (halves)
- 20 more side down the expresso (halves cut into)
- 9 baking dish (square)
- 6 ingredien
- 2 cups cheese mixture over the lady- fingers evenly
- 1 1/4 c water (hot)
- 1 c nonfat sour cream
- 1 c nonfat cottage cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese (light)
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tb dark rum
- 1/2 ts instant expresso
- 1/2 ts unsweetened cocoa
tiramisu (to prevent plastic wrap from sticking to the cheese mixture) Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3-8 hours. Remove toothpicks; sprinkle with cocoa. Note: You can add fresh or frozen fruit or cinnamon sugar as a garnish.
