Ingredients
- 3 garlic
- 2 green peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 ginger
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 1/2 pound broccoli
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (white)
- 2 tablespoon tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (red)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Chop onion; cut green peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower into 1 inch cubes. Melt butter and saute� onion. Add all the remaining vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the spices and vinegar. Stir in the tomato puree, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and fresh ground pepper.
