• 1 1/2 cake pans with wax paper
• 2 c sugar
• 2 cup sugar
• 3 c sifted cake flour
• 1 c egg whites about
• 1 c butter
• 1 c milk
• 7 oz flaked coconut
• 8 1/2 ts vinegar
• 3 ts baking powder
• 1 tablespoon at a time until meringue forms soft peaks
• 1 ts vanilla
• 1/2 ts salt
