- 1 1/2 cake pans with wax paper
 - 2 c sugar
 - 2 cup sugar
 - 3 c sifted cake flour
 - 1 c egg whites about
 - 1 c butter
 - 1 c milk
 - 7 oz flaked coconut
 - 8 1/2 ts vinegar
 - 3 ts baking powder
 - 1 tablespoon at a time until meringue forms soft peaks
 - 1 ts vanilla
 - 1/2 ts salt
 
cake. Sprinkle generously with coconut. ----
