Ingredients
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 crawfish tails
- 1 creole seasoning
- 260 gr alligator sausage
- 260 gr smoked sausage (sliced)
- 240 gr converted long rice (grain)
- 190 gr rotelle tomatoes
- 160 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 110 gr butter
- 8 gr black pepper
- 6 gr garlic (minced)
- 1 package onion soup
- 1 package beef consomme
- some green onions
Mix alligator sausage with remaining ingredients. Place in a covered casserole or pan and cook in preheated 180ÂșC oven for 1 hour. After 30 minutes, stir well and continue cooking for the remaining time. Let cool, uncovered, for a few minutes and serve. Can serve 10-20.
