Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 in diameter
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 100 gr butter (unsalted)
- 60 gr coarsely almonds (chopped)
- 50 gr confectioners sugar
- 32 gr unpeeled almonds
- 22 gr cocoa powder
- 14 gr vanilla
- 1 gr almond extract
- 1 gr salt
When cool enough to handle, roll half of the cookies in the cocoa powder, and the remaining half in the confectioners sugar. Serve warm or return to the rack to dry. Makes about 28 cookies. TOO HOT TAMALES SHOW #THT6248 ----
