Ingredients
- 3 onions
- 1 wholewheat pie shell
- 240 ml soy milk
- 85 gr firm tofu
- 30 ml oil
- 16 gr unbleached flour
- 10 gr couscous
- 1 gr sea salt
- 1 gr black pepper
- 1 gr nutmeg
-in a 25 cm tart shell Saute onions in oil (I added half cup water to prevent burning, or you could substitute water for the oil to reduce fat), until translucent and mostly soft. Blend the soy milk, tofu, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and flour until smooth. Then combine the onions, the soy milk mixture and the couscous. Pour into the prepared pie shell. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ÂșC for about 30 minutes.
