Ingredients
- 1 apricot
- 1 wash the apricots in several waters
- 3,800 ml water
- 1,300 gr sugar
- 500 gr brown sugar
- 250 gr raisins
- 140 gr yeast
- 140 gr it in which to dissolve the yeast cake
- 5 gr ginger
- 2 slices lemon
- 2 slices orange
fruit, raisins and ginger. Then add the dissolved yeast and mix well. Cover with top of the crock and let stand for thirty days, stirring the mixture every other day. After thirty days strain the mixture and bottle.
